Terms of Service

Welcome to Tasted Table. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 to create an account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Family Legacy Membership

  • One subscription per family. The paying owner can create a single family cookbook and invite unlimited contributors and viewers free of charge.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel at any time from Billing (web) or from your App Store / Google Play subscription settings (mobile).
  • Refunds are handled by whichever billing platform processed your purchase (Stripe, Apple, or Google).
  • If the owner cancels or deletes their account, family members will lose access to the cookbook at the end of the current billing period.

3. Printed cookbooks

Printed cookbooks are physical goods produced and shipped by our print partner (Lulu). Pricing, shipping, and returns for printed books are governed by the terms shown at checkout. Printed cookbook purchases are always handled via Stripe and are separate from digital subscriptions.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to recipes, photos, voice recordings, and stories you add. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely so we can provide the service to your family.

5. Acceptable use

Don't upload content that is unlawful, hateful, infringes others' rights, or that you don't have permission to share. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep Tasted Table running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from downtime.

7. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
